Plant Room The main plantroom for the store was designed and built off-site at our base in Preston, and this approach brought some key benefits: -Ability to start plantroom build in advance of site construction -Much tighter quality control due to local access during build -Fast on-site installation once site ready to accept the plantroom |

Under Floor Heating UFH zones laid to ground floor areas of the store. |

Office Fan Coil Units Office comfort is achieved using a mix of ceiling and floor mounted fan coil units, with chilled water from roof-mounted Daikin units to provide cooling when required. |

Commercial Catering Kitchen, Deli, and Cafeteria areas were installed and finished to a high standard facilitating both practicality of use, and maintenance of cleaning regimes. |
